Last year's prize winner Gunter Rambow had the traditional privilege of a personal exhibition, and his large scale posters were ideally suited for the spacious Chapelle des Jesuites. As he explained to the many students surrounding him at the opening of the exhibition, he has recently received a very large number of commissions from the theater in Wiesbaden which forces him to the utmost concentration in style. The picture at right is from a Rambow postcard, the two posters below are recent designs for the Hessisches Staatstheater in Wiesbaden, and I took the Rambow family portrait.
