The 23rd International Poster Biennale Office accepted 2165 works (among them 1727 professionals' posters and 360 works of debutants and 78 posters in special category Euro 2012), from 915 artists from 49 countries.

The Qualifying Committee selected for the Competitive Exhibition of the 23rd IPB 675 posters (among them 461 professionals' posters and 157 debutants' works and 57 posters in special category Euro 2012), 303 artists (among them 461 professionals and 156 debutants and 84 in special category Euro 2012) in groups:
115 posters in group A - ideological posters,
322 posters in group B - culture posters,
24 posters in group C - advertising posters.
157 posters in group D - Golden Debuts
57 posters in special category Euro 2012.
