  W O R K S H O P S
  May 7 - 10, 2001, MSU Graphic Design Department
  Grafist 5 workshops, organised in six or seven groups, will be conducted
  by the guest designer- speakers. Workshops leaders will work with
  students, both from Turkey and other countries. Subjects will be decided
  by the leaders and will be announced before the event, to help students
  to select.
  Workshop (or playshop as Alan Fletcher calls) Leaders: Alexander Jordan,
  Alan Fletcher , Dimitri Arvanitis, Esen Karol and two or three other
  designers to be announced after their confirmations.
  Every class will be available for maximum 20 students (10 Turkish, 10
  other countries)
  Because of limited capacity in workshop classes, design schools are
  requested to send maximum 6 students.
  Students are asked to apply trough their school lists. Individual
  registration for workshops will not be possible.
  Workshop language: English
  Grafist 5 workshops are free of charge.

  April 27, the birthday of Icograda is being celebrated as the World
  Graphiccs Day (WGD), since 1995. Every year a party is organised within
  the programme of Grafist to celebrate this important event. This year,
  due to the schedule, the WGD 2001 Party will take place on May 10, with
  the participation of Mr. David Grossman, President of Icograda and Mr.
  Guy-A Schockaert, Past President.
