News: Chinese - french exhibition at the "Mois du Graphisme d'Echirolles" (FR)

Pair by pair, the graphic design schools of Besancon, Bordeaux, Canton,
Chengdu, Chenyang, Guiyang, Nancy, Paris, Pekin, Shanghai and Wuxi have worked over the past year
on common or complimentary themes. The resulting posters are shown in an exhibition
"La traversee des signes" in Echirolles (FR), close to Grenoble, from November 21 to December 14, 2003,
and on the web site

The work at left is an example from a chinese student studying in Nancy.
In addition, the exhibition presents works of Chen Fang, Han Jiaying, and Wang Xu, three of the chinese tutors of the students, and photographer Gilles Perrin. The exhibition is curated by Thierry Sarfis, and supplemented by a student workshop on the theme "Tolerance". More details can be found at the Echirolles web site. |
