POSTERAMA (en anglais) About 800 hundred contemporary italian posters will invade the streets of Brussels, announcing at the same time the opening of Europalia.Italia. Donated by museums, galleries and other cultural institutions, and by graphic designers themselves, the posters will act as the mirrors of the italian cultural life during this summer and the next autumn. As fragments of the urban landscape, posters will act as factors of desorientation as well as pieces of cultural information. POSTERAMA invest the public space instead of galleries walls and affirms the irreplaceable part of the poster in designing our cities' landscapes. A project by Teresa Sdralevich, with the support of AIAP, the association of italian graphic designers, member of Icograda, and different local partners. POSTERAMA (in french) Des centaines d'affiches italiennes contemporaines (800) dans les rues de Bruxelles. Crées et imprimées dans les trois mois précédents le lancement du Festival Europalia, ces affiches proviennent de dizaines de musées, galeries et autres institutions culturelles, ainsi que des bureaux de graphisme italiens. D'Aoste à Palerme, ces fragments du paysage urbain nous donnent un aperçu de la vie culturelle italienne en cet été 2003. «Posterama» privilégie les espaces publics comme les lieux d'exposition et de confrontation sur l'état de la création contemporaine et affirme l'importance de l'affiche, support éphémère et démocratique, dans le panorama de nos villes. Un projet de Teresa Sdralevich soutenue notamment par l'AIAP, l'association de design graphique italien membre de l'Icograda. Dans des lieux publics à Bruxelles du 12 septembre au 10 octobre 2003.
