DATE: from October 20, 2003 to October 28, 2003 opening ceremony PM.15:00 October 20, 2003 PLACE: The Art Museum of China Academy of Art, 218 Nanshan Road, Hangzhou, China INTRODUCTION: Information and communication are the basis of world- wide interdependent living, whether in trade, cultural or social spheres. The graphic designer's task is to provide the right answer to visual communication problems of every kind in every sector of society. The 1st CHINA INTERNATIONAL POSTER BIENNIAL, 2003 is one of the most quality poster exhibitions in the field. This posters of exhibition chosen throughout the world is intended to provide a review of the current state of international graphic design. We believe that it will be a grand banquet of design field in China. 2.THE FORUM OF CHINA INTERNATIONAL GRAPHIC DESIGN, 2003 DATE: October 21, 2003 PM. 14:00-17:00, PM. 18:30-21:00 PLACE: The Conference Room of The Art Museum of China Academy of Art, 218 Nanshan Road, Hangzhou,China INTRODUCTION: THE FORUM is a grand academic banquet of graphic design, which is made up of famous designers and scholars. The forum is intended to promote the interflow of international design and build a bridge to the corporation and communication of graphic design. The two famous French designers (Bernard Pierre and Bouvet Michel) who are AGI members will be the tutor of the workshop. Please read the brief if you are interested in it. 4. It is the first time that the three design masters state their view in China. 5.THE POSTER SHOW OF CHINA ACADEMY OF ART DATE: from October 20, 2003 to October 28, 2003 PLACE: The Impression Art Gallery, 52-1Yan'an Road , Hangzhou, China INTRODUCTION: The posters are from the teachers' and graduate students' posters of China Academy of Art , which add up to about 80 pieces. |
