THEME
Any design related to the spirit of ‘Green+You’ will do. Considerations should be given for creativity, uniqueness, composition and the message conveyed in the design is more important. As this will be a public exhibition, all art should reflect the main issue of how we as citizens of the world can help by promoting and living a “green” life.

POSTER DESIGNS PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED
For those of you who have already uploaded poster designs to Green+You’s Facebook page and would like to use it for the ‘GREEN+YOU’ 2010 INTERNATIONAL POSTER DESIGN EXHIBITION.

Please download the submission form at http://inthepaper.webhard.co.kr (Id: greenplusyou / Pw: 9999) complete form, sign and date, and then follow the instructions (which are on “HOW TO TAKE PART IN” pop-up window).

Please send the completed form along with a photo of yourself and a low resolution PDF file of your artwork to http://inthepaper.webhard.co.kr (Id: greenplusyou / Pw: 9999). Your photo will be used in the publishing of the Green+You compendium if your artwork is selected as a finalist.
* Photo should be submitted in JPEG format. Size: 3” x 5”, Resolution: 300 DPIs, Format: CMYK
* Copy of artwork should be submitted as a low resolution PDF file with the title of your artwork.

JUDGES & JUDGING CRITIERIA
Green+You wish to thank those of you participating in the judging and selection process of the ‘GREEN+YOU’ 2010 INTERNATIONAL POSTER DESIGN EXHIBITION.

The guidelines for judging artwork should be as follows:
* Relevancy of the artwork to the topic of being GREEN and THINKING GREEN
* Originality of ideas
* Uniqueness of concept and design
* Clarity of the message being conveyed

All Judges should select the top 30 poster designs (in their opinion) by the guideline above.

EXHIBITION SELECTION PROCESS
The initial screening would be done by a jury panel of international graphic designers as nominated by ‘Green+You’. The process will be for a select group of 50 finalists. After the initial screening the finalists shall be contacted and requested to email their high resolution jpeg files to ‘Green+You’.

COPYRIGHT
Please Note: All entries must be original art created by the person submitting the art for the exhibition. Participants retain full ownership of their entries. Participants agree to grant ‘Green+You’ an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, exhibit, publicly display, distribute, and publish their submitted entry for any activity hosted by ‘Green+You’. Any other use must be specifically granted by the participant in the form of a written authorization and can be subject to a fee or a royalty as eventually agreed upon with the participant.

BOOK PUBLISHING
Green+You and Doosung Publishing Co. will collaborate on publishing a book possibly including all of the finalists selected as well as entries received but was not displayed at the final exhibition. Further details will be available at a later date.

PRIZES and GIFT
Certificate
Each selected participant shall be awarded a certificate of participation with the signatures of Doosung Co. and the stamp of the ‘Green+You’ group.
Gifts
1. A poster of participant’s art
2. Exhibition catalog: A poster of participant’s art (will be sent to the 50 finalists.)
3. Book: A poster of participant’s art and finalist poster (will be sent to those participants.)
